The City is seeking approval from the City Commission to refinance the current GO Bond, Series 2005D, currently held with the Florida Municipal Loan Council.
This resolution is to appoint Weiss, Serota, Helfman, Pastoriza, Cole & Boniske, P.L. as bond counsel and providing for funding not to exceed $47,000 to be funded from reserves. |
